Post graduate qualifications in Business and Personnel Management, providing membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), have enhanced my understanding of business and people in the workplace.
Being naturally highly organised and methodical, I became a Project Management Professional (PMP) with the Project Management Institute (PMI), providing clear systems and processes and methods for all aspects of projects, including planning, monitoring, quality management, process improvement and evaluating.
As a Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) Master Practitioner, and a Hypnotic Practitioner, I embedded my understanding of the mind, language and effectively changing patterns of behaviours, by using hypnosis and hypnotic patterns to quickly and effectively transform subconscious negative thinking and unhelpful thought patterns to more positive and supportive ones.
Becoming a Certified Coach, with membership to the Association for Coaching, gave me an understanding of a variety of techiques to facilitate the achievement of goals and aspirations by setting goals and addressing self-sabotaging behaviours on the journey to success.

Energetic Healing
I moved more in-depth, not just considering the mind and behaviours, by exploring energetic components of being human.
I first discovered energetic healing by becoming a Reiki Master Practitioner and Teacher, which brought a new dimension of understanding the impact of energetic flow in the body and how this brings us into energetic balance.
Through extensive study and practice, I became a Theta Healing Master Practitioner and Instructor, which is a meditation technique and spiritual philosophy to improve and evolve the mind, body and spirit. It looks in-depth at how childhood trauma, ancestral, genetic, past lives, and soul purpose affects our behaviours and ability to identify and clear the energetic blocks to our success, and embed supportive mental, emotional, physical and spiritual health and wellbeing.
I discovered the significance of meridian points in our body, and through tapping specific points provides energetic release, without the need for in-depth discussions, and became a Certified Practitioner in Silent Counselling, which is a non-invasive meridian therapy.
Utilising concepts in Access Consciousness, I became an Access Bars Practitioner which brings effortless releasing of negative thoughts, endless mind chatter, ideas, beliefs and emotions, to create space that allows us to come back into harmony, ease and flow. It is practiced globally, in more than 100 countries, by over 500,000 people.
Being fascinated by past lives as another dimension of understanding ourselves, I became a qualified in Beyond Quantum Healing (BQH) for past life regression, which takes a multi-dimensional hypnotic approach to understanding our being, in order to resolve issues we face in our lives today.
I became a Certified Medical Intuitive Practitioner as I was interested in how the mind affects our body, causing physical ailments and disease. This utilises access to the heart as a significant portal to healing our mind and body, on a mental, emotional, physical and spiritual dimension.
