My interest and knowledge started with a psychology degree, specialising in occupational psychology for business, and post graduate qualifications in business and personnel management. I am a project management professional (PMP), neuro linguistic programming (NLP) master practitioner, thetahealing master practitioner and instructor, reiki master practitioner and teacher, silent counselling non-invasive meridian therapy practitioner, beyond quantum healing (BQH) past life regression and hypnotic practitioner. I understand the importance of mental health and wellbeing, being a certified mental health first aider, I bring my skills into all the work that I do to help those experiencing challenges.
I have worked in the corporate world in banking and finance at the world’s leading investment banks and businesses for a number of years. Alongside this I have also been a successful property entrepreneur in London and Malta. My business background is in multi-million pound global change transformation programmes and I have a deep understanding of success through my knowledge and extensive experience. I bring practical experience and expertise in project management, quality, system and process improvement methodologies to streamline and create success. Business clients have included the world’s leading banks, global corporations and consultancies.
Today I utilise my expertise in coaching and consulting for ambitious professionals, entrepreneurs, and business owners. I live between the vibrant city of London, the English countryside and Malta in the Mediterranean Sea, and have spoken on the Global Woman stage in London, New York, Paris and Los Angeles sharing my journey to international business women on changing my life, living in my truth and becoming a coach.
